Redline Rentals and Sales is hiring enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team located at 6343 E Main A17, Mesa, AZ 85205. We specialize in renting and selling paddleboards and kayaks, located conveniently off Power and Main St.

Position: Rental & Sales Associate

Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Description:

As a Rental & Sales Associate at Redline, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and guidance throughout the rental and sales process.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs.
• Educating customers on safety protocols and equipment usage.
• Handling transactions and processing rental agreements.
• Maintaining a clean and organized rental area.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking merchandise.

Requirements:

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift kayaks overhead in excessive heat.
• Availability for two shifts: 7am to 4pm and 4pm to 10pm, Thursday to Monday.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
